- Biocon — Active Pine is likely to sell up to 1.66 crore shares, or a 1% stake, through a block deal worth around ₹638.4 crore at a floor price of ₹385 per share, implying a discount of up to 1.9%.
- Innovision secured two NHAI work orders worth a combined ₹243.60 crore for toll collection and facility maintenance at highway fee plazas in Madhya Pradesh.
- Enviro Infra Engineers — Step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja secured a ₹189.99 crore EPC order from Tata Power Renewable Energy for a 180 MW NTPC wind power project at Parli, Maharashtra, scheduled for completion by March 31, 2027.
